1999 Speedway Conference League
The 1999 Speedway Conference League was the third tier of British speedway. Newport Mavericks, the junior club of Newport Wasps, won the league title. The Conference League Knockout Cup, in its second edition for tier-three teams, was won by St Austell Gulls for the second year in a row. Jonathan Swales won the Riders’ Championship, with the final held on 14 August at Mildenhall Stadium.
