Dmitrijs Zelenkovs (born 15 May 2000) is a Latvian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for FK RFS in the Latvian Higher League and for the Latvia national team. He is 1.78 meters tall and wears number 18 for RFS.

Zelenkovs started in the youth teams of Liepājas Metalurgs and FK Metta, before joining Empoli's youth academy in 2016. He played around 90 games for Empoli's youth sides, scoring seven goals and making six assists, but never played for their senior team in Serie A or Serie B.

In 2021 he returned to Latvia to play for FK Metta, making 11 appearances. In 2022 he spent a short spell with Montespaccato Calcio in Serie D, and later that year came back to Latvia to join FK RFS after a month of training with them. He was part of the RFS squad that won the Latvian Higher League in 2023, and his contract was extended to 2027.

Internationally, Zelenkovs has represented Latvia at U17, U19, and U21 levels. He made his senior Latvia debut on 18 November 2023 in a Euro 2024 qualifier against Croatia. He has since earned 22 caps and scored 1 goal for Latvia.

For RFS, he has made 88 appearances and scored 8 goals (as of 17 November 2025).
