Psathyrella maculata is a mushroom in the fungi family Psathyrellaceae. It is found mostly in Europe. The species was first described by C.S. Parker and later given its current name by mycologist Alexander H. Smith in 1972. Scientific name: Psathyrella maculata (C.S. Parker) A.H. Smith (1972).
