Satilla Regional Library System serves Atkinson and Coffee counties in Southeast Georgia. The headquarters is the Douglas-Coffee County Public Library in Douglas. Satilla Regional Library System is part of PINES, a Georgia library network that connects 53 library systems in 143 counties.
