Vision for Liberia Transformation (VOLT) is a political party in Liberia. It was certified by the National Elections Commission in May 2016. The party’s first presidential candidate was Dr. Jeremiah Z. Whapoe, a social entrepreneur and nephew of 20th‑century Liberian politician Jackson Doe. Whapoe focused on agriculture during his campaign. On July 11, 2017, VOLT announced Isaac Flowers of Bomi County, a former assistant agriculture minister, as his running mate.

In the 2017 presidential election, Whapoe received 3,946 votes, about 0.3% of the total. He supported Unity Party candidate Joseph Boakai in the runoff. For the 2017 House elections, VOLT fielded 25 candidates, but none won.

On August 31, 2020, the National Elections Commission certified a political alliance called the Rainbow Alliance (RA), which included VOLT and six other parties. The RA planned to contest the 2023 presidential election. In 2020, the RA ran in the Senate elections; none of its candidates were elected. By March 2022, VOLT had withdrawn from the Rainbow Alliance.

Whapoe again ran for president in the 2023 election, choosing Erasmus Daoda Fahnbulleh as his running mate. Fahnbulleh was the chairman of VOLT and a former employee of Liberia’s Ministry of Agriculture. In one precinct, the ballot showed the Grassroots Development Movement (GDM) twice—once beside GDM’s candidate Edward W. Appleton and once beside Whapoe’s name, instead of VOLT. Whapoe said the ballot error was intentional to divert votes to the GDM. In the runoff, he again endorsed Boakai of the Unity Party.

In the 2023 legislative elections, VOLT ran 10 candidates for the House and 1 for the Senate. Gbessie Sonii Feika was elected to the House in Grand Cape Mount County’s District 3.
