Nephus tagiapatus is a tiny species of lady beetle in the Coccinellidae family. It is found in Japan and Guangdong, China.

Adults are about 1.75 mm long. They have a yellow head, a reddish-yellow pronotum (sometimes with a dark brown spot), and yellow elytra with a dark brown sutural spot and a dark brown margin along the basal half.
