Clay Hall is a women's dormitory on the campus of Northern Oklahoma College in Enid, Oklahoma. Built in 1941 for Phillips University, it was designed by architect Roy W. Shaw in the Mission Revival style. The hall was named after Robert Henry Clay, whose wife Sadie Clay donated $25,000 for the project. The cornerstone was laid on October 9, 1941. The exterior was finished by 1942, and the interior was completed in 1946 after delays from World War II. The building cost about $175,000, and a dedication ceremony was held on October 11, 1946.

In 1951 and 1959, north and south wings were added, increasing capacity from 150 to 258 residents and bringing the building to about 59,000 square feet. Phillips University’s enrollment peaked in the 1970s; Clay Hall briefly closed in 1985, reopened in 1986, and permanently closed in 1987. It is the oldest dorm on the campus. Its predecessor, Athenian Hall, was demolished in 1952, and a men’s dorm, Earl Butts Hall, was completed in 1955.

Clay Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 20, 2012 (reference number 12000346).
