Hill jumping

Content sourced from Wikipedia, licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0.

Hill jumping is when a rally car speeds to the crest of a hill and goes airborne. It’s also called hill topping or yumping. It can happen at formal rally events, but may also occur on public roads at informal gatherings or by thrill seekers, which poses serious safety risks. The same idea can be done on skateboards, on roads, trails, or ramps. The higher the hill, the greater the risk of serious injury or death.
