In Raj Nagar, Raja Narendra Varma and his wife Annapurnamma await the birth of their daughter. The bitter brother-in-law Cobra murders Dharam Raj, and Krishna goes missing as a result. An orphan named Raju befriends Krishna and hopes to reform him. Years pass: Raju becomes a truck driver, while Krishna turns into a fearless gangster who helps Cobra’s brother Hari, who is undercover.

Raju meets Lalitha, Krishna’s unknown sister, and falls in love. Krishna also wins Rekha’s love. When Raju learns Krishna is truly an undercover cop, they join forces to capture criminals, but Hari escapes. Cobra schemes to destroy them by forcing Lalitha to marry a stranger to threaten Annapurnamma and kill her. Cobra and Hari flee to their forest crime ring.

Raju breaks out of jail and Krishna chases after them. Rekha helps reveal Hari’s deceit. Cobra presses on, but the heroes survive and Lalitha remains safe. Krishna discovers that Lalitha is his sister. The two men unite to take down Cobra. In the end, Cobra and his gang are defeated, and Raju marries Lalitha while Krishna marries Rekha.
