Víctor Antonio Lapeña Tortosa (born 12 March 1975 in Zaragoza, Spain) is a Spanish basketball coach. He has been coaching since 2003, leading clubs in Spain and abroad and working with Spain’s national teams.

Club career
- CB Avenida: won the Spanish League in 2012-13 and the Spanish Cup in 2014.
- Nadezhda Orenburg (Russia): 2018-2019, won the EuroCup Women.
- Fenerbahçe (Turkey): 2019-2022.
- Canada women’s national team: appointed head coach in January 2022, guiding the team to fourth place at the 2022 World Cup and third place at the 2023 AmeriCup; after the 2024 Olympics, he and Canada Basketball parted ways.
- Çukurova Basketbol (Turkey): joined in May 2024 on a three-year contract, left in January 2025.
- Famila Schio (Italy): in May 2025, announced as the new head coach for the next two years.

National team career
- Spain: worked with the Spanish Basketball Federation as both assistant and head coach in youth and senior teams, earning 14 medals in total. He also served as head coach of the senior Spain team for two games in November 2015.
