Jarque de la Val is a small municipality in the province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. In Aragonese it is called Exarc de la Val. The municipality covers 29 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 1,269 meters above sea level. It is located in the Teruel region, with coordinates around 40.70°N, 0.80°W.

As of January 1, 2025, Jarque de la Val has 66 residents, giving a population density of about 2.3 people per square kilometer. The time zone is CET (UTC+1) and it observes daylight saving time, switching to CEST (UTC+2) in summer.

A 2004 census recorded 96 inhabitants.
