August Werner
August Werner (6 March 1896 – 20 October 1968) was a German football defender. He played for Holstein Kiel at club level and earned two caps for the Germany national team in 1925, scoring no goals. His older brother Adolf Werner also played for Germany, and they are one of 14 pairs of brothers to represent Germany in football.
