Rico Simen
Rico Simen, born January 12, 1962, is a former Swiss curler from Lausanne. He played third for the Swiss team and won a silver medal at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary when curling was a demonstration sport. He also earned silver at the 1994 European Curling Championships in Sundsvall. Nationally, he won silver in 1994 and bronze in 1997 at the Swiss Men's Curling Championship. As a junior, he was Swiss champion in 1980 and 1981, and he competed in three World Junior Championships (1980–1982). His club was CC Lausanne Olympique in Lausanne.
