College Avenue Historic District (Appleton, Wisconsin)
College Avenue Historic District is a 7-acre historic area in Appleton, Wisconsin. It runs along College Avenue from 215 West to 109 East and 110 West to 102 East, plus 106–114 North Onida Street. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 (NRHP reference number 82001848). It includes 27 contributing buildings and one contributing object, the Soldiers Square Civil War Monument, with architecture that represents mixed styles from different periods. A notable structure is the 12-story Zuelke Building.
