Jean-François Mancel (born 1 March 1948 in Beauvais, France) is a French politician. He served as a member of the National Assembly from 2002 to 2017, representing Oise's 2nd constituency for the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP). He was preceded by Béatrice Marre and succeeded by Agnès Thill. He studied at the Paris Law Faculty, Sciences Po, and the ÉNA (École nationale d'administration).
