Dmitrii Bartasinskii (born 19 January 1995 in Volgograd) is a Russian Paralympic swimmer who competes in SB9 and S10 classifications. He trains with the Meteor Sports School of Olympic Reserve and is coached by Alexander Kholoimov and Yekaterina Kholoimova.

Career highlights:
- 2020 Tokyo Paralympics: bronze in the men’s 100 metre breaststroke SB9 (representing the Russian Paralympic Committee)
