Filmore Township is one of eight townships in Bollinger County, Missouri. It lies in the county’s southern area and covers about 60.7 square miles (157.2 km2) of land with a small amount of water. The elevation is around 636 feet.

As of the 2010 census, 488 people lived there, down from 508 in 2000. The population density is about 8 people per square mile. There were 308 housing units.

Racial makeup (2010): about 96.3% White, 0.2% Black or African American, 2.1% Native American, 0.2% other races, and 1.23% from two or more races. Approximately 0.2% were Hispanic or Latino.

Filmore Township has no incorporated towns. It contains two unincorporated communities and several rural areas. There are six cemeteries: Kinder Chapel, Burk, Mouser, Patterson, Ray, and Scott.

Geography: Castor River and the creeks Grassy Creek, Little Grassy Creek, Perkins Creek, and Trace Creek flow through the township.

History: Filmore Township was established in 1851 and named for President Millard Fillmore.
