Ashurbay (Persian: اشورباي) is a village in Shirang Rural District, Kamalan District, Aliabad-e Katul County, Golestan Province, Iran. It is in the northeast part of the country. The 2016 census counted 1,262 people in 353 households. Earlier censuses recorded 958 people in 221 households in 2006 and 1,190 people in 316 households in 2011. Coordinates: 37°00′22″N 54°41′34″E (37.00611°N, 54.69278°E).
