A Fool and His Money (1925 film)
A Fool and His Money is a lost 1925 American silent romantic drama film. It stars William Haines and Madge Bellamy and is based on the novel A Fool and His Money by George Barr McCutcheon. The film was directed by Erle C. Kenton and released by Columbia Pictures on January 1, 1925. It runs 56 minutes and is a silent film with English intertitles.
An earlier silent version of the story was made in 1920, starring Eugene O'Brien and Rubye De Remer. The story was later remade as the 1930 sound film A Royal Romance.
