Jacques Clemens (11 July 1909 – 7 March 2018) was a Dutch Catholic priest. Born in The Hague, he studied philosophy and theology, and was ordained in Liège Cathedral on 5 July 1936. He taught at the Seminar of Gerpinnes. In 1944 he became Vicar of Ham-sur-Heure-Nalinnes and Chaplain at The Bultia, a small hamlet without its own church. The Church of Saint-Benoît was completed in 1957, and on 1 January 1958 he became the first parish priest of the new parish, serving there for many decades. He retired in 2015 after a fall at age 102, but he continued to celebrate Sunday services. He celebrated his 108th birthday on 11 July 2017 and died on 7 March 2018. From 2016 until his death, he was thought to be the oldest living priest.
