The 2018–19 First League of the Republika Srpska was the 24th season of the league and the 17th as Bosnia and Herzegovina’s second-tier football competition. Borac Banja Luka won the title (their 5th) and were promoted. Sutjeska Foča and Sloboda Mrkonjić Grad were relegated.
