Jeřmanice is a small village and municipality in Liberec District, Liberec Region, in the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants (678 as of 2025-01-01). The area covers 4.38 square kilometers and sits at about 456 meters above sea level. The highest point nearby is Javorník, at 681 meters.

The village lies about 6 kilometers south of Liberec, where three nature regions meet: the Jizera Mountains to the northwest, the Ještěd–Kozákov Ridge to the southwest, and the western part of the Giant Mountains Foothills to the east.

Jeřmanice was founded in 1543, and 18 houses were built in 1543–1544. From 1980 to 1985 it was part of Dlouhý Most, and from 1986 to 1992 it belonged to Liberec as Liberec XXXVII-Jeřmanice. It became a separate municipality again in 1993.

The R35 expressway (part of European route E442) runs through the municipality, and it lies on the Liberec–Jaroměř railway line. The main landmark is the Church of Saint Anne, a Baroque church built between 1760 and 1764 and rebuilt to its present form in 1816.
