Santa Regina is a small village in Tuscany, central Italy. It belongs to the municipality of Siena, in the province of Siena. The village is about 10 kilometers from the city of Siena and sits at an elevation of about 272 meters. The population was 59 in 2011 (about 60 in 2001).
