Weida-Land

Weida-Land is a collective municipality (Verbandsgemeinde) in the Saalekreis district of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It lies between Querfurt and Eisleben. On 1 January 2010 it changed from a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft to a Verbandsgemeinde. The administrative seat is in Nemsdorf-Göhrendorf. The Verbandsgemeinde includes several municipalities in the Saalekreis district.
