Ust-Ilya (Russian: Усть-Иля) is a rural locality (a selo) in Akshinsky District, Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. It has 374 people as of the 2021 census (551 in 2010; 696 in 2002) and eight streets.

The village is about 33 km from Aksha, the district’s center, 182 km from Chita, the krai capital, and 5,426 km from Moscow. The nearest rural locality is Mogoytuy. Coordinates: 50.400°N, 113.700°E.
