The 2023–24 Premiership Women's Rugby season in England was the seventh season of the top-level women’s club competition. Allianz sponsored the league for the fourth straight year, and it was the first season under the new name Premiership Women's Rugby, moving on from the Premier 15s branding.

Nine teams competed from 18 November 2023 to 22 June 2024 after Worcester Warriors Women withdrew during the season. Ten teams had been planned at the start, with Trailfinders Women and Leicester Tigers Women joining; there were earlier conditional offers to Sale Sharks Women and Worcester Warriors Women that would have brought the total to ten, but Worcester withdrew.

A total of 74 matches were played. The season’s highest attendance was 16,237 for Harlequins vs Gloucester-Hartpury on 30 December 2023. Across all games, 630 tries were scored, averaging about 8.5 per match. The top points scorer was Emma Sing of Gloucester-Hartpury with 125 points, and the top try scorer was Abby Dow of Trailfinders with 12 tries.

After the regular season, the top four teams advanced to the playoffs. The semi-finals were held on 9 June 2024, with the final played on 22 June 2024. The official results and fixtures are available at www.thepwr.com.
