Urat is a Torricelli language spoken in East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea. As of 2017, about 7,000 people spoke Urat. The language has four dialects: North Urat (Wasep Ngau) with around 2,480 speakers; Central Urat (Wusyep Yihre) with about 2,060; South Urat (Wasep Yam) with about 1,210; and East Urat (Wusyep Tep) with about 550.

A notable feature of Urat is its four voiceless liquids and semivowels: ɬ, r̥, w̥, and j̥, which is unusual for Papuan languages.

Urat belongs to the Torricelli language family, in the Urim branch. The ISO code for Urat is urt.
