Catoctin High School
Catoctin High School (CHS) is a four-year public high school in Thurmont, Maryland. It’s part of Frederick County Public Schools and opened in 1969. It serves grades 9–12 with about 783 students (2017–18) and a student-teacher ratio of about 19:1. The principal is Jennifer Clements. The campus is rural. School colors are blue and white, and teams are called the Cougars. The address is 14745 Sabillasville Road, Thurmont, MD 21788. The motto is Enabling All Students to Pursue Excellence.
