The Women’s 400 metre freestyle at the 2024 European Aquatics Championships took place on 23 June 2024 at the Sports Centre Milan Gale Muškatirović. Twenty-five swimmers from 18 nations competed. Heats began at 09:30, and the top eight qualified for the final, which was held at 19:14. The winning time was 4:06.56. Medalists were: Gold – Ajna Késely (Hungary); Silver – Barbora Seemanová (Czech Republic); Bronze – Francisca Martins (Portugal).
