Slight Variations
Slight Variations is the ninth studio album by English band Fujiya & Miyagi. It was released on 30 September 2022 through the Impossible Objects of Desire label. The band announced the album on 16 July 2022 and released the first single, "Digital Hangover." The album runs 35 minutes and 11 seconds and follows their 2019 release Flashback.
Critics gave generally favorable reviews. On Metacritic, Slight Variations has an average score of 79 out of 100, based on five reviews. AllMusic reviewer Marcy Donelson described it as a stylistic retrospective and a look at where the band might go next, blending Krautrock, dub, disco, house, and art pop into sleek, effortless tracks.
