Siraj Khan Raisani (4 April 1963 – 13 July 2018) was a Pakistani politician from Balochistan. He led the Balochistan Muttahida Mahaz (BMM), a party started by his father. In June 2018, he merged BMM into the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) to help unite the province’s tribes and fight for its rights.

Raisani was born in Mehrgarh, Bolan district, and belonged to the Raisani Baloch tribe. His family has a long political history: his father, Ghous Bakhsh Raisani, served as governor of Balochistan in 1970–1971; his brother Aslam Raisani was Chief Minister of Balochistan from 2008 to 2013; another brother, Lashkari Raisani, was a senator from 2009 to 2015.

He studied agronomy, earning a Bachelor of Science from Sindh Agriculture University in Tando Jam, and he also took a floriculture course in the Netherlands.

On 13 July 2018, while campaigning for a seat in Mastung, he was killed in a suicide bombing. The attack, which killed 131 people, was claimed by the Islamic State. Raisani was buried in Kanak, Mastung, on 14 July, with a funeral attended by leaders from across Pakistan and a day of national mourning declared. The United States condemned the attack.

Raisani was posthumously awarded Sitara-e-Shujaat, Pakistan’s civilian bravery award, on 23 March 2019. His son, Jamal Raisani, has continued his legacy by working to unite the province’s tribes under Pakistan’s banner.
