Víctor Mollejo Carpintero (born 21 January 2001) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a right winger for Burgos in the Segunda División. He was born in Alcázar de San Juan and grew up in Villa de Don Fadrique, Toledo.
Mollejo joined Atlético Madrid’s youth academy in 2010 from CD Villa de Don Fadrique. In 2017 he played for Atlético’s first team in a pre-season game, becoming the first player born in the 21st century to appear for the club. He started with Atlético Madrid B in 2018 and made his official La Liga debut for Atlético Madrid on 19 January 2019, coming on as a late substitute.
Throughout his career he has spent many seasons on loan:
- Deportivo La Coruña (2019–2020)

- Mallorca (2021)
- Tenerife (2021–2022)
- Real Zaragoza (2022–2024)
In 2024 he returned to Atlético’s B team, but suffered a knee injury in December that kept him out for the rest of the season. On 4 August 2025 he joined Burgos on a three-year contract.
Internationally, Mollejo has represented Spain at the youth level (U16, U17, U18, and U19), scoring several goals.
Personal note: he has alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss, which he's had since the age of nine.
