Bhutan’s national under-20 football team represents Bhutan in men’s under-20 international matches. It is run by the Bhutan Football Federation, which is part of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF).

Debut: The team’s competitive debut came in 2015 at the SAFF U-19 Championship. In their first match, Bhutan lost 3-1 to Nepal. Nepal’s Bimal Magar opened the scoring after 10 minutes, Bhutan equalised through Sonam Tobgay, but Magar completed a hat-trick (despite missing a penalty) to seal the win. Bhutan’s manager Nawang Dendup said the defeat came from defending too deep and not matching Nepal’s speed.

2025 squad: The players listed were called up for the SAFF U-19 Championship, scheduled for May 9–18, 2025.

Results and fixtures: The team’s recent results (last 12 months) and any scheduled matches are tracked. The SAFF youth tournament has used different age limits over the years, from under-18 to under-20.
