Shinichiro Kawamata
Shinichiro Kawamata is a Japanese football goalkeeper who plays for Nankatsu SC. He was born on July 23, 1989, in Gotemba, Shizuoka, Japan. He is 1.88 meters tall and wears number 22 for Nankatsu SC.
He developed as a player with Harasato Sports Shonendan, Kashima Antlers, and Azul Claro Numazu. Kawamata began his professional career with Kashima Antlers in 2008, was loaned to Vegalta Sendai in 2011, and returned to Kashima. In 2020, he joined Nankatsu SC.
Kawamata has won multiple trophies with Kashima Antlers: AFC Champions League in 2018; J1 League titles in 2008, 2009, and 2016; J.League Cup in 2012 and 2015; Emperor’s Cup in 2010 and 2016. Kashima was also the J1 League runner-up in 2017.
He made his J.League Cup debut on May 25, 2016, against Júbilo Iwata.
