Gmina Kutno is a rural administrative district in Kutno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Kutno, but the town itself is not part of the gmina. The gmina covers 122.33 square kilometers and had about 8,357 residents in 2006. It includes many villages and settlements, such as Adamów, Bielawki, Dębina, Głogowiec, Kalinowa, Nowa Wieś, Stara Wieś, Stary Gołębiew, Włosków, and Żurawieniec. Gmina Kutno borders the town of Kutno and several other gminas: Daszyna, Krośniewice, Krzyżanów, Łanięta, Nowe Ostrowy, Oporów, Strzelce and Witonia.
