1987 Grand Prix d'Automne, the 81st Paris–Tours, was held on 11 October 1987. The one-day race covered 255 km, starting in Créteil and finishing in Chaville. Adri van der Poel of PDM–Ultima–Concorde won in 6h 35' 46". Teun van Vliet of Panasonic–Isostar finished second, and Maurizio Fondriest of Ecoflam–BFB Bruciatori–Mareco–Alfa Lum finished third.
