Güləbird, also known as Gulabird or Tsaghkaberd (Armenian: Ծաղկաբերդ, 'castle of flowers'), is a small village in the Lachin District of Azerbaijan. The Armenian name reflects its history as the easternmost fortress of the Armenian Principality of Kapan (1722–1730), founded by Davit Bek.

The village lies in the area around Nagorno-Karabakh. In 1993, during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, it came under Armenian control and became part of Artsakh’s Kashatagh Province, called Tsaghkaberd.

Azerbaijan took back the area on 9 November 2020 during the Lachin offensive. The Gulabird hydroelectric power plant, a small 8 MW facility, was reopened in 2021.

Nearby historical sites include a cave, the Kronk rock-cut church (12th–13th centuries), and the Kotrats bridge (17th–18th centuries).

Population estimates: 271 people in 2005 and 221 in 2015.
