Sebastiano Ximenes (c. 1567–1632) was an Italian banker of Portuguese origin who lived in Florence and was a notable patron of the arts. He bought and renamed the Florentine palace Palazzo Ximenes de Sangallo, which remains a tourist attraction today. He also purchased Sammezzano Castle from Giovanni Jacopo de Medici. The castle stayed in the Ximenes family until the line died out in 1816, though the Ximenes name survives in Florence. He died in Italy.
