KTSR is a radio station at 92.1 FM, known as Power 92.1, licensed to DeQuincy, Louisiana. It serves Southwest Louisiana with Christian adult contemporary music and is owned by Townsquare Media, using programming from Salem Media Group’s Today’s Christian Music network. The studios are on North Lakeshore Drive near downtown Lake Charles, and the transmitter is in Sulphur.

- First aired November 1, 1985 as KROK.
- 2003–2004: Call sign KNUF.
- 2004–2009: Star 92.1, Top 40 format.
- 2009–2017: 92.1 Kiss FM.
- 2017: Classic Rock 92.1.
- May 22, 2020: 92.1 The Bridge, Hot Adult Contemporary.
- October 5, 2020: Magic 92.1, Urban Adult Contemporary (moved from KLCL 1470 AM).
- August 7, 2024: Switched to Christian Adult Contemporary as Power 92.1, using Salem’s Today’s Christian Music network. This puts it in competition with KRLR; Urban AC is also served in the market by KZWA.
