Sawnie R. Aldredge (November 13, 1890 – May 13, 1949) was an American attorney and judge who served as the 35th mayor of Dallas from 1921 to 1923. He was born in Dallas to Judge George Nathan Aldredge and Betty Warren Hearne. He studied at Southwestern University, Cornell University, and the University of Texas School of Law, and was admitted to the Texas bar in 1914. He worked for law firms that later became Aldredge, Shults & Madden. During World War I, he served as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, with time at Kelly Field, Texas, and in France.

In 1921, he ran with the Citizens' Association and defeated William E. Talbot to become mayor. His administration oversaw the annexation of Trinity Heights, the largest city addition since Oak Cliff in 1904. He also aimed to annex Highland Park and establish a municipal golf course, but he did not run for a second term. Aldredge died in Dallas on May 13, 1949, and is buried at Hillcrest Mausoleum.
