SHINee World IV was SHINee’s fourth Asia-only concert tour. It ran from May 15 to October 25, 2015, with six shows, starting in Seoul and ending in Shanghai. SM Entertainment announced the tour on March 25, with two initial Seoul concerts at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena. Tickets went on sale April 2, and a third Seoul show was added after the first two sold out. Ahead of the concerts, Genie held a fan-voted event to choose SHINee’s favorite song. At the shows, SHINee previewed tracks from their upcoming album Odd, including the lead single “View.”

The tour then went to Taipei on August 16, where they performed a new song, “Married to the Music,” and later to Bangkok for SHINee’s first show in Thailand, attended by about 200 reporters from 100 major media outlets. The final concert took place in Shanghai on October 25.

On April 20, 2016, SHINee released the live album SHINee World IV: The 4th Stage, featuring recordings from the Seoul concerts on two CDs (37 songs total, with 17 concert-arranged versions). It also includes Korean versions of some Japanese songs as bonus tracks and a 172-page photobook with rehearsal, backstage, and interview content. The album debuted at No. 6 on Korea’s Gaon Album Chart and sold about 12,000 copies in April 2016.
