Suburban Girl MedER is a Georgian medical drama that aired on Imedi TV in 2012. Filmed in Tbilisi by Night Show Studio, it has two seasons with 25 episodes. The series continues the idea of the Georgian soap Suburban Girl but moves into a new hospital-centered story and is inspired by the American drama Grey’s Anatomy.

The action takes place at MedER, a hospital owned by businessman Archil Tsilosani, who is in a coma. His son, Nika Gegelidze, hopes for his father’s recovery. A new doctor training program brings young doctors to the hospital, including Keta, a girl who has come to Tbilisi to start over. In a bar, Keta meets a man who turns out to be the hospital’s chief doctor and trainer.

The show stars Mari Bolkvadze, Tornike Gogrichiani, Zura Tsintskiladze, and Ruska Makashvili. Production was handled by Night Show Studio, with executive producer Irakli Kakabadze and news editors Vakho Kakauridze and Ilia Iakobadze. Suburban Girl MedER aired from February 17 to September 21, 2012.
