Nizhal (Tamil: நிழல்) is an Indian Tamil-language soap opera that airs on DD Podhigai. The show started on 15 April 2015 and is broadcast Monday to Thursday at 9:00 PM IST. It is directed and produced by Syed Rafeeq Basha and stars Sivan Srinivasan and Udhay Sreevidhya Sreedhar. The series has one season with 100+ episodes, each about 20–22 minutes long, filmed with a multi-camera setup.
