Oisy is a small commune in northern France, in the Aisne department of the Hauts-de-France region. It sits in the Vervins arrondissement and the Guise canton, and is part of the Thiérache Sambre et Oise intercommunality. The village is home to the church of Oisy and is pronounced “wah-zee.”

The commune covers about 110.8 square kilometers and sits at elevations between 137 and 161 meters (average around 154 m). As of 2023, about 438 people live there, giving a population density of roughly 41 residents per square kilometer. The postal code is 02450 and the INSEE code is 02569. The mayor for 2021–2026 is Jean-Louis Dufrenne.
