Nikola Gjorgjev (born 22 August 1997) is a Swiss-born footballer who plays as a winger for Farense in Portugal’s Liga Portugal 2. He represents North Macedonia at the international level.
Gjorgjev grew up in Switzerland and came through the Grasshoppers youth system after starting at Wettingen. He made his Swiss Super League debut for Grasshoppers on 14 March 2015, coming on as a substitute against Thun.
His career included several loans. In 2017 he moved to FC Twente in the Netherlands on a two-year loan, but he only made a couple of appearances. He was later loaned to Aarau in 2018 and to Schaffhausen in 2022. After returning to Grasshoppers, he played a key role in helping the club win promotion back to the Swiss Super League in 2021, contributing seven goals and ten assists.
In February 2022 Gjorgjev joined Schaffhausen on loan, where he helped the team reach the promotion playoffs with four goals and several assists in 16 games. After the loan, his contract with Grasshoppers ended, and he signed with Aarau for a couple of years. In June 2025, he signed with Farense in Portugal.
Internationally, Gjorgjev represented Switzerland at youth level before switching allegiance to North Macedonia, making his senior debut in a 3–1 friendly win over Azerbaijan on 29 May 2016.
