2017 Masters (darts)
The 2017 PDC Masters, known as the 2017 Unibet Masters for sponsorship reasons, took place from January 27–29 at Arena MK in Milton Keynes, England. The event, run by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), is a non-ranking tournament featuring the top 16 players from the PDC Order of Merit after the World Championship. The final was played as a best-of-21 legs match. The total prize fund was £200,000, with the winner receiving £60,000 and the highest checkout at 170.
Defending champion Michael van Gerwen stayed on top, after beating Dave Chisnall 11–6 in 2016. In 2017, he successfully defended his title by defeating Gary Anderson 11–7 in the final, winning his third Masters title in a row.
