Carlos Ríchard Díaz (born 4 February 1979 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan former footballer who played as a full back. He is 1.68 meters tall.

Díaz spent most of his career with Defensor Sporting from 1997 to 2007, making 220 league appearances and scoring four goals. He also played for Peñarol in 2007, Atlético Bucaramanga in 2008, returned to Defensor Sporting from 2009 to 2010, and later played for Rampla Juniors (2010–2011), Tacuarembó (2011–2012), Racing Club de Montevideo (2012–2015), and Boston River from 2015.

Internationally, Díaz represented Uruguay at the U20 level and earned six caps for the senior national team between 1997 and 2001. He played in two FIFA U-20 World Cup tournaments.
