Mrinalini Puranik
Mrinalini Puranik is a lead scientist at Unilever Limited. Her research focuses on bimolecular spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy of proteins, and nucleic acids. She began her career as an associate professor at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER Pune). In 2015, she published the article “Solution structures of purine base analogues 9-deazaguanine and 9-deazahypoxanthine” in the Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics. She earned an M.Sc in Physics from the University of Pune. She was a Chevening Rolls-Royce Science and Innovation Leadership Programme (CRISP) scholar at the University of Oxford.
