Busman's Holiday was a British TV game show on ITV from February 26, 1985, to June 28, 1993. It was made by Granada Television. The show’s name comes from the idea of taking a holiday to do the same kind of work you do for a living.

Contestants formed teams of three, grouped by their jobs. At first, there were three teams per episode; later, there were two. Players wore their everyday work clothes. The winning team earned an exotic holiday where they had to work in a different job to learn how it is done.

The game had several rounds: questions about world geography, questions about other professions (and sometimes embarrassing questions about the contestants’ own jobs), brain teasers, and a final round about the destination that tested how well the teams had prepared. There was also a review of the previous week's winning contestants’ holiday.

Hosts over the years were Julian Pettifer (1985–88), Sarah Kennedy (1989–91), and Elton Welsby (1993). The announcer was Charles Foster.
