Kristina Andreyevna Potupchik (Russian: Кристи́на Андре́евна Поту́пчик; born 19 January 1986 in Murom, USSR) is a Russian blogger and public figure who heads the Foundation for the Open New Democracy (FOND), which supports online non-profit projects. She was a Komissar and later the spokeswoman for the pro-Putin Nashi youth movement (2007–2012), and also served as a spokeswoman for the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (2007–2010). Since May 31, 2004, she has been a member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
